Operations/Maintenance
Handyman (for occasional, minor fixit jobs as needed)
Erect carport for bus
Adopt-a-lot for clean-up and maintenance for use as athletic field
H.O.P.E. Farm 2011 work projects to be completed at Southside campus (865 E Ramsey Ave.):
Lots on south side of Jessamine block:
Removing rocks and stones
Mowing
Marking goals
New/used chain link fencing (4-foot), posts, rails and gate
Storage shed on south side of Jessamine Street:
Paint
Wire for electrical service
Clean out floor and attic
Install burglar bars
Install door locks
Finish painting
Trash Corral:
Repair/replace wooden gate
Lots on north side of Jessamine Street:
Install with 4’ chain link fencing
Prepare for planting on one lot
Plant small community garden
Main buildings:
Power wash siding and windows
Minor painting around door frames
Replace weather stripping around doors where needed
