Our Leadership Development umbrella is inclusive of all other programs. The program helps boys become responsible citizens and prepares them to lead today’s society. It teaches boys accountability to H.O.P.E. Farm staff and their parents, how to properly greet another person, the benefits of truth and of giving full effort. The boys are given opportunities to make multiple contributions to the community through performances and volunteerism.
