Incentive Cabinet
The Incentive Cabinet Program is a method of teaching the boys banking and responsibility. Each child will receive points when good behavior is demonstrated, while negative behavior will reduce their points. At the end of a designated period of time, the points accumulated will be used to purchase items of the child’s choice from the incentive cabinet. The program teaches the process of deposits and withdrawals.
Tech- Computer Lab

Parent Involvement Program (PIP)
The Parent Involvement Program (PIP) assists the parents of H.O.P.E. Farm boys with spiritual, inspirational encouragement and provides structural tools to help them partner with H.O.P.E Farm. The partnership promotes H.O.P.E Farm’s philosophy, goals and objectives and maximum impact in the lives of the boys. The PIP Program is applied in the following ways: Mandatory monthly meetings which promotes education in the following areas:
- Parenting resources (six part video series on raising boys)
- Health and nutrition forums conducted by local health professionals
- Finance and money management seminars conducted by financial planners
- Regular review and update of program objectives and policies
- Q. & A sessions that address concerns from the parents
One-on-one parent/staff meetings to gain insights concerning the effect of the home environment and other family relationships on the child’s behavior. Parents are required to complete weekly reports evaluating the child’s attitude, responsibility for and completion of domestic tasks.
Volunteer opportunities in the following areas encourage the parents to invest in the program:
- Helpers at Spring Break Basketball C.L.I.N.I.C.
- Helpers at annual Fall Festival
- Homework, tutoring or kitchen helpers in after-school program
STEM Program
We are proud to announce the birth of our new S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) Program here at H.O.P.E. Farm. H.O.P.E. Farm has partnered with some amazing organizations to expose and prayerfully ignite our boys’ passions in those areas of study. With the help of The Andrews Institute at TCU, Imagination Education here in Fort Worth, and Col. Wilmer, former Math Department Head at West Point who currently teaches at TCC, we have an amazing array of activities planned. Whether learning how to build a kite, studying erosion, or investigating a crime scene using forensic science, the middle school boys at H.O.P.E. Farm are “doing” science. Using the teacher waiver days as our classroom time, we have been able to find large chunks of time to dedicate towards preparing our young men for the types of jobs they will encounter in the 21st Century.
